Green Pastures is a Christian ministry with a specific aim to provide homes for the homeless and those in most need. Individuals and organisations can invest in Green Pastures' Community Benefit Society by purchasing loan stock. Loan stock applicants select an interest rate of between 1 and 5%. Investors may select a term of 1,2 or 3 years but are encouraged to renew their investment at maturity. |

The project bring together tenants and supporters to ensure the survival of one the works building where stainless steel cutlery was first manufactured. The works will be saved from redevelopment and will house a community of creative and traditional industries for the benefit of the local community |
